i was wondering if anyone got braces (and/or any other kind of teeth treatment) from lahore (but for rough idea even anyother part of pk) ? anybody can suggest agood dentist in lahore? and how much it may coast just a rough estimate? i know it may be fraction of a cost comaparing to US ![]()
Re: braces in lahore4
well I know a cosmetic dentist In lhr, a lady whose name I can't recall right now. Yes it much cheaper than the Us. You can simply ask ur cousins or relatives when you go to Pk and they would give you good refernces. Btw There's also a doctor in f/7 Islamabad (he did my fillings but I have forgotten his name) but he's really good. You can see the board on the main road while going to Jinnah super market.
Re: braces in lahore4
oh I just rem, the doc in f/7 Isb. is called Dr. Abrar. he's good.
Re: braces in lahore4
Try Rehman's .. it's near the laal pull.. Muslim town.. right by the canal..
Re: braces in lahore4
PakistaniAbroad: do you know who is running Rehman & Rehman now? I think the dentist moved to US few years back?
Re: braces in lahore4
I dont know if ur talking about the same person...but I know Dr.Rizwan Rehman from Lahore (family friend) and he is really good...I found no difference between his work and the dentistry done here.
But I wouldnt recommend getting braces done there if you live in another country, although it is cheaper and its the same thing...you will have a huge problem when you come back trying to find an orthodontist who will up-keep the braces...and I believe you have to visit an orthodontist every 2 months when you have braces. Usually here in Canada they refuse to touch them if you had them put on in another country.
Re: braces in lahore
Theres Orthoclear Pakistan, makers of invisalign, the transparent brances, located, close to thoker niaz beg. I think they may have onsite orthodontists.
