bracelets for babies-

I have gold bangles for my daughter and was going to put them on her for eid…but i’m worried about them falling off. Anyone have any hints how to prevent it?

Re: bracelets for babies-

Forget about falling off, think what can happen ager khuda na khowasta baby na bracelet mouth main lai leya tu.

Dont make baby wear jewlry until she is sensible. Babies mashallah wasiey hee bohat cute hotey hain, they don’t need all the jewelry to look cute or pretty.

PS:
Doest that means k girls NEED to were the jewelry coz they are not cute and they have to make it up with jewlry?

Re: bracelets for babies-

When Noor was little we put gold bangles on her as long as they were not able to fall off.

However I did use a trick once when the bangle was too big and was pulling it off herself....I put a gold chain through the bangle, wrapped a couple times around and then closed the chain and used a diaper pin to secure the chain to the inside of Noor's sleeve. This way, if she did manage to pull it off, the chain held it to her clothing. Not very, very reliable, but works for a special occassion or event.

Re: bracelets for babies-

Just tie metalic gold string around the baby's wrist to make it look like a gold bangle:D
When she gets older let her wear them

Re: bracelets for babies-

Why not give her a little gold bracelet, rather than a bangle. It fits perfectly and easily, and wont fall off so easily.

Re: bracelets for babies-

i like lil gurlz wearing small gold bangles :)

Re: bracelets for babies-

Muzna that may work thanks!

These are 4 little bangles her Dadi gave her…my Mother in law wore these as a child..so they are 65 years old..

Re: bracelets for babies-

You can also purchase a small chain at the jewelry store that has a ring attached and clips onto a bangle. I don't know if desi jewelry shops sell them, but both arab and US shops usually carry them.

It's called a chaff, I believe.

Re: bracelets for babies-

I absolutely love cute gold bracelets on baby girls.......i think it looks very traditional

Re: bracelets for babies-

abay superglue not to the baby but superglue the bangles to each other, top of one banglr to bototm of the other and so on si they will look like they are okay and they will not fall off. same for teh staple, it will hold them together and can be easily removed. all bangles dont fall off at once one does because it slides away, if you have a bunch and they are attached somehow to one another they will not fall out. unless they are a few sizes too big

kahan kahan say aa jatay hain uth kar log..

Re: bracelets for babies-

you should start feeding her alot of fat food a few weeks before Eid

You know, Mac a few times a week. I know babies prefer liquid food so just follow my instructions:

take:
1 hambuger
1 milkshake
1 portion of fries
2-3 packs of salt (extra salt will keep keep the water inside)

Add everything together in a blender.

And voila,
serve with a straw :k:

Re: bracelets for babies-

The more you gain...the harder it is to lose...and theres already too many fat people in the world...:D

Re: bracelets for babies-

We purchased a couple of these for Noor. She was okay with it but I’ve seen other little girls that chew on the ring, cuz being babies their hands often end up in their mouths. I’ve even heard of one little girl that got the ring caught in her throat cuz she chewed through the chain. Poor thing.

Re: bracelets for babies-

aray…how does this prevent them from coming off? If I understand correctly, then you are simply taking several bangles and joining them together to make one fat bangle…what’s stopping the fat bangle from coming off?
