Anyone has any advice as to how to get rid of the marks caused by bra straps. Mine have just gotten more prominent. Its like I literally have two line on my shoulders. Ugh, I just hate them.

for me i just change into my cotton wider strapped sports bra when i get home. The wider straps and cotton material doesn’t give me any marks. i still have the support i need and so it works. also you should look into wider strapped bras that won’t dig into your skin as much as thinner straps.

Are you wearing the right size? Make sure the straps aren't too tight.

Thats the only reason why you get strap marks!! you should try loosen your starps abit, Also wider straps are more gentle than those harsh thin straps.

no women that are very well endowed are prone to this problem as well, and they tend to wear the right size and still get that result.

yup thats me... well endowed... I swear its a curse... I have back and shoulder problems allll the time due to this and these marks have only gotten worse.....
Lately I've stopped wearing a bra to bed. But other than that I need to wear it the whole day.

I guess loosing weight is one option. But if your thin and have heavy chest ( like ayesha takia ) then I guess surgery. Don’t know any other option.

I should lose some weight. I am 59kgs atm (heigh 5.5"). Probably i feel more coz the gals around me are not very heavy up there, u know. so prolly thats why i feel heavier

Thats my issue too im 5'8 and about 62kgs and im thin but i got heavy ones too and i use to get these bra strap marks back then but now i stopped wearing thin straps and when im home i loosen the straps so i dont feel tightt...

rarely can u find a pretty one that works, and when they work they don’t really give you that much of a difference. I wish they did! I have an ayesha takia situation and it’s not fun. esp when it’s time to shop for desi clothing here in the states everything has to be a big size and then sized down for the rest of me, it’s hard sometimes.
