Ahmer,
strong person is one who is not violent but is able to clean out all sadness by weeping. an honest man will weep and no one ought to stop him from doing so.
yet, unfortunately, it is considered bad that a man weeps. and so, the man ends up innerly deteriorating.
yet, the new generation can be taught to pay attention to own emotions and then this will not happen.

Through experience, I am of the opionion that generally, women cry more and men don’t (some may be exception) but that does not mean that only women have emotions and men don’t. Allah put emotions in both of them. If you read the ahadith, you will see that the sahabas used to cry after reading just few ayahs of the Quran and used to cry a lot. Other would refer to such as cry babies (Nauzu Billah) but they were firm as a rock where they needed to be and soft, when they needed to be.

This is for the Quran though. The thread starter would have to give more details about what exactly he/she is referring to (i.e. what kind of frustration).

actually i was talking about those circumstances jab i feel k things are goin too wrongly for me.. they not not controlable..

generally em a person who can absorb extreme situations magar sometimes there are things, even very minute, make me cry.. i feel k koi bhi khud se nahi rota.. rona khud se aajata hai.. aur jab aankhon main aansu ajayen to its really bad to stop dem.. i think wo suna hoga k

jo aankhon se nahi girtay wo aansu dil pe girtay hain..

they really can cause disaster..
