i liked nearly ALL the names, just a few i had suggestions for:
MIRAZ-it sounds nice, but i think Mirza or Miraj go smoother bc they require less retroflex of the tongue. Although Mirza is usually a last name, i guess it could be used as first also.
MIYAN- americans can't pronounce the nasal 'n' at the end, so they will say it with a hard N or say 'miya' which sounds like a girl.
JAAN- cute! but i think most girls already call their husband this ;)
AAHIL- ppl will call him Jaahil
SUBAH, TASLIM- more popular as girls names
JEYAAD-only thing here is it may sound like a bengali mispronouncing 'Ziyad'
redvelvet, i see you share my love for names ending with -aan. to add to your list, i like Cameron (Kamran) and Arsalan.
Where I live, Ayaan, Rayaan and Zain are popular.
Anyway just keep in mind that a MUSLIM name doesn't have to be from Persian or Arabic; it can be from any language as long as it has a good meaning. for most of my life, i didn't consider names out of those cultures. i like italian names, like the ninja turtles (leo, donatello, raphael, michaelangelo).too bad they sound Catholic lol
