There was a large number of mujahideens that came from arab countries to help afghans in jehad against Russia. Did they ever asked for permission from their puppit governments? never. If we have jazba, we can do it. We dont need no Pervaiz musharraf or nawaz sharif approval. I think the best line of action taken so far is by Jamat-e-Islami, they are planning to send some mujahids.
If the state of Israel insists on holding onto East Jerusalem and the Islamic holy places, then it may be necassary to consider supporting a Mujahadeen struggle. But we must be sure of the aims... it must not be a religious war against Jews.
