'Boy becomes Palestinian martyr'

This pictures sent chills down my spine and my heart cried and still cries. I placed my self in the fathers shoes....There are no words to explain the sorrow I feel. May Allah bless the child and his father and for that matter all the martyrs(muslims) who have died - Ameen

Here is the latest news update on palestinian issue:

“Son, from your blood the sun of Palestine” lights southern entrance

Hezbollah’s Press Unit in the South has erected a giant painting at the south’s main entrance portraying child “Mohammed Rami ad-Dorra” who was martyred by Israeli bullets while seeking protection behind his father during the confrontations between Palestinians and the Israeli occupation forces.

The painting has the child’s photo as he was being martyred; opposite is a photo of a Zionist soldier aiming his machine-gun at the child. The background is a picture of the Rock Mosque in Holy al-Quds.

Down the 6-meter high 10-meter wide painting was written in Arabic and English: **“Son, from your blood (shines) the sun of Palestine”. **

Salam all,

Hamas Leaders Sheikh Ahmed Yasin and Khaild Meshaal speaks live on Hamas and Hizbollah’s stand on Palestinian issue with respect to independence of baitulmuqaddas. They also elaborate on the failures of so called peace process and Yasir Arafat:

Your friend,
Shair.

One of the most powerfull words, I have ever seen from any kid(Muslim or non-Muslim):
I quote:

"I wait for God to choose me. When I see another fall, I am jealous. I long to be like him, this is my only goal in life" - Muhammad Rayyan-12-year-old Palestinian

This is what scares the non-Muslims from Muslims and their idea of Jihad against aggression and tyranny like Israel. 12 years old kids making the life of Israeli Army miserable, what would happen if they were fully grown men. It should be state of shame for the state of Israel, fighting with underage kids(mostly teenagers) and butchuring and murdering them. Then they call them selves, "the champions of Human Rights" and "the peace makers"!!!

Salam Malik, CM, Mursalin, Extreme and others,

Hezbollah: any aggression on Lebanon “a stupid act that will be met with severity”
Hezbollah has commented on the threats made by the Israeli occupation.
“It is high time for the Zionists to learn that Lebanon cannot be subdued by threats, that it is a graveyard for the invaders, and that the Islamic Resistance is not frightened by the world’s arsenals let alone threats and intimidation,” a Hezbollah communiqué read.

“We say it clearly: an aggression on Lebanon under any pretext will be an Israeli stupid act and will be met with severity and comprehensiveness; all the Zionists, troops and settlers, will be targets to the blows of our courageous fighters,”

The occupation army’s prisoners will be in our possession until the desired objective of this blessed Jihad operation is achieved. The enemy knows it has no other options, the communiqué concluded.

latest update on palestine situtaion:

Seems so pathetic doesn't it Malik,

We had a peace/protest rally here, and there was one man, he was just standing in front of city hall, he'd been there hours before the rally was scheduled to start...on the back of his black jacket, were the words, 'Kill Me I'm A Palestinian', and in front of him he was holding a framed black and white picture of a young man...maybe 17..18 years old,......it was his brother, he'd been killed in the fighting just a few days before....

Inna lillahi wa inna ilaihi raji'un

Yes indeed GFQ it does seem so pathetic...the loss of life so tragic and wasteful. For what? Because one group of people backed up by vested interets have stolen a whole people's homeland and then only want to give little bits back on their own terms.

Thats the political fight going on, but surely this "bull in a china shop" Sharon knew these consequences when he marched on Haram al-Sharif. He probably knew that children would die but he went ahead to pursue a pathetic political point! God it makes you so mad!

Salam all,

I think its not only an arab war, its the holy war (jehad) for the liberation of baitmuqaddas. I wonder if any afghans or pakis will go join the palestinians? when? before its too late?

Shair.

we muslims must be ashamed of ourselves a tiny israel is killing our brothers and we cant do anything

Kabir, the word isn't can't, its wont, if it was can't there would be nothing for us to be ashamed of.

Alright i admit, it is pretty easy to blame the USA, its pretty easy to blame israel, its also easy to blame Barak and Shiron, you can throw in the other western countries as well,....The reality is that there are many one can find to blame....whether the blame is justifiable or not...

but for the time being the most important person to blame is ourselves, for not doing enough, perhaps in some cases for not doing anything at all. Yes it's heartwrenching to look a the pictures, read the accounts, and now...the horror thats been caught on film.. they make us weep in sorrow, they make us shake in anger, they shock us, they upset us.....but in the end when it all comes down to it, do we ever act upon those feelings of sadness? of anger? Do you raise your voice against the injustice? Do you utilize the resources you possess to spread awareness of these tragedies?

May Allah swt grant us and the rest of the muslims the resolve to do more. Not just for our brothers and sisters in palestine but everywhere....

ahsan. I would like to add one more thing here, we need to use our jazba in a guided way and should NOT hesitate to use means of “physically doing jehad”, though doing jihad bil qalam has its own benefits but what we really need is actual physical help of those brothers fighting in palestine. I guess jamat-e-islami is planning to send some mujahids there. Afganis should also follow in the footsteps of Jamat-e-islami.

Allah akbar!

Shair.

Girl from Quraysh is right when she says we Muslims (and especially the Arab states) are more to blame for the indignity of having this little sliver of an immigrant-based entity called Israel push humiliate our Muslim brethern the Palestinans. If there was more Arab and Muslim unity then the Zionists would never dare to hurt the Palestinians.

The battle over Jerusalem has brought angry crowds out across the Islamic world and even Muslims in Europe - hopefully this will shock our rulers into changing their policies?
