my brother was watching amir judah bouts today…amin knock out zab that is nice but i feel it is indeed a dangerous game..what is the prize money of such fights ..r they highly paid???

If you make it to a professional level, you can get a lot of money. If you're not on that level though, it can be a tough life as a boxer.

I used to fight for money as a boxer and MMA cage fighter. I used to get anywhere from 100 quid on slow days to 500-800 quid depending on the share from the betting (Friday/Sat nights). Not too bad for 5-15 minutes of fighting. But ours was unlicensed so one of those basements, literally. That's about the average for amateurs and people who aren't managed or have exposure. I have an Iraqi and a Turkish mate who went semi-pro and made 10-15K a fight, easily. You must be careful though, or you can end up with all sorts of injuries. Its not for the faint of heart, you must be willing to deal with the pain of training, sparring and eventually fighting against an opponent.

The professionals though, are earning millions, literally. There's money from sponsors, money from broadcast rights, money from ticket sales and all, money from general media exposure, etc...
