it depends on what you're looking for. i haven't been to khi in a while so i can't compare. anyway, fortress has a lot of boutiques for casual/semi-formal wear. a lot of designers have opened their outlets on m.m.alam rd (outfits start from rs.5000/6000 there). liberty has some boutiques for casual/semi-formal wear. then, there's also zardozi and think pink who have both ready made and made-to-order stuff. saleem fabrics in liberty has all the fabric you want. it's a huge store but the prices are fixed (no bargaining). they have sales from time to time, though. be sure to inspect carefully whatever you buy from there...my relatives have had to take stuff back and exchange it as it turned out to be defective. shadman & cavalry ground is aslo good for shopping.
