I used to have a supervisor who tried so hard to get rid of me…
But i was promoted beyond him and dismissed him when i took office.

long story short i was a customer service rep in '04, two weeks into my new job, boss pulled me aside to say that i wasn't putting in the effort and that i best pack my ***, i beg to differ and blamed him for the poor training that was being provided, not too long after this, his ass was sacked for some other reason and i went onto to work their for 2 years, appx 6 months before my departure i was the team leader for my team. *victorious
FU, what line of work you in?
I quit but not before writing a complaint letter to the headquarters… Around 10 others quit after I did and the askhole got into trouble :roman:

Used to be a lot of things and i have held many jobs… back then i was a sales assistant.
Right now my line of work is far more noble.

Anyway Clads right too bosses are supposed to be bossy.
But some actually take it too far… and when that happens i feel sorry for the poor opressed worker.

Nah some bosses are abusive and create a hostile environment for the worker......
unfortunately some people have it really bad....that they really need the job and cannot leave it....

I remember when I had to do my training for 6 months..and my GM was really an AS$…he would always pick on me…and he would tell others that he would never hire me…blah blah…then came when my contract was over and he had to wait for the next trainees who were a bit late…so he called me to his office and asked me to work for more days till the new ones arrived!!!
HA HA HA…I said a BIG FAT NO 
the dude had to practically beg me…and everyday he kept raising the amount he would pay me per hour till he decided to pay me at least 19 swiss francs per hour..and then I said OK

in my 10 yrs of professional career, Alhumdolillah, haven't had any obnoxious beechy type boss or whatever. Always have had very friendly cordial and professional relationship with everyone in the hierarchy.
Back in the college days it was slightly different. Got fired once. On another occasion, while working at fast food chain, I was talking to another friend in Urdu. The shift manager came up and asked us stop talking in "foreign" language. I was like what the fk ... its not like I am in front of a customer or something. The other desi guy slipped back quietly but I went into huge argument with the manager and he eventually asked me to clock out and go to the back room so he can talk to me there. I sat there and then he came up and gave me a written warning. I just tossed it in his face and threw a slew of jargon, phrases and whatever came to my mind about discrimination, suing his ass and approaching DOL and all sorts of other govt agencies to file complaint against him and the store.
Eventually he blinked, backed down, took back the warning and just asked me to be "considerate" about co-workers while talking in my native language.

In my 5 years of work experience I have literally seen the karma "what goes around comes around" working. My 1st boss was a real evil guy , not just with me but with everyone else too , he used to call the staff lower than him as donkeys , he even once sent a very bad x rated kinda email to all the non muslim female employees in the company. He was like if he had given me a task 5 mins ago he will go and tell the CEO that he gave her the 2 hours ago and since she is so lazy she still has not been able to finish it. Anyway he was my boss for 6 months after that he was fired for spreading mutiny against the company. I have also seen other bosses in my company who really mistreated their subordinates and later they paid heavy price for it.
Is that a complain against TLK?

My current Manager gave me a hard time in the 1st 2 weeks…but my General Manager took care of tht for me cuz I told her I might be quitting soon.
