you mean all the responsibility lies on teachers? No contribution from parents and students? Why parents hire people to help their children in exam halls by providing solved papers?
I never opted for cheating (except for the instance of Ghalib / Daagh) I mentioned and my teachers were not different than those who couldn’t write a single line without teaching. I observed students who used to attend all classes (in school / college and tuition centers) and were reasonably good in studies, using booti in exam halls. There was no confidence in them or they don’t want to test their abilities. I’ve seen many of the people who got A+ being failed in professional studies and average students (like me) passing professional exams on time.
