Whats your view on this?

Why people do naqal?
kyon k teaching methods effective nahi hain

Re: Booti Culture

you mean all the responsibility lies on teachers? No contribution from parents and students? Why parents hire people to help their children in exam halls by providing solved papers?

I never opted for cheating (except for the instance of Ghalib / Daagh) I mentioned and my teachers were not different than those who couldn't write a single line without teaching. I observed students who used to attend all classes (in school / college and tuition centers) and were reasonably good in studies, using booti in exam halls. There was no confidence in them or they don't want to test their abilities. I've seen many of the people who got A+ being failed in professional studies and average students (like me) passing professional exams on time.

Woh shayad khud booti ki paidawar hongay :hmmm:

Re: Booti Culture

Well, we should study for the sake of knowledge, not only for getting good grades.

Re: Booti Culture

grades tell you how well you studied, if they are not obtained through bribery!

Re: Booti Culture

Zaroori nahi, koi agar Ratta laga ke jaye likh ke aye Sab sahi, sure he will get 80+, but he wouldn't know the actual meaning of what he wrote .

Re: Booti Culture

I have always studied for grades… :hmmm:

Re: Booti Culture

Few people from my village have got.
9th A+
10th A+
11th A
12 A
And they don't even know what neterns first law is .

Re: Booti Culture

There was this perception that cadet colleges like (LaRkana and Petaro - wherefrom Zardari got education) provide sufficient opportunities (in exams hall) to their students to get good grades. I myself met a guy from Cadet College LaRkana in second year while attending coaching classes for Maths. The guy had around 85-90% marks in First Year’s Math, but our teacher had to teach him Class 10th Maths for strengthen his basics. :bummer:
