At first I read the title as blood culture 
anyways, I need ideas too on how to successfully butter someone up. Sometimes finding common interest and then talking about them doesn’t work, relating with the person doesn’t work either, I have tried talking about their kids, nope that didn’t work either. Maybe I should approach this person differently :hinna:
