Boot Culture

Re: Boot Culture

At first I read the title as blood culture :smack: anyways, I need ideas too on how to successfully butter someone up. Sometimes finding common interest and then talking about them doesn’t work, relating with the person doesn’t work either, I have tried talking about their kids, nope that didn’t work either. Maybe I should approach this person differently :hinna:

Re: Boot Culture

Then it just means they’re not interested :hehe:

Oh goodness i just looked it up. :smack: But I was right!

Oh I thought you are not aware of male anatomy and confusing neck pain with TC.

[note] Lets focus on the discussion at hand rather than mulling over abbreviations [/note]

I agree with you, but most of the time that 3rd neutral party is not there or just can’t be there. Even if it is there, than people start buttering up that neutral party to influence their decisions.

Some times people just do it out of habit.

Trust me its way worse than here in Pakistan. Few people are literally on their knees all the time.

I believe in good relationship with my subordinates and let my work speak for me. You don’t have to approach differently, just be yourself. But see what others have to say about it.
