i'm kinda different.. even after giving notice of 2 weeks, i work TO THAT 2 weeks, MAKING sure, they KNOW what they're gonna miss..

switched 20 jobs in 4 years, but only 1 in last 4 :-)

i our programmer's community they say ... that don't comment the code, cauz if u will then others will understand it ...and if others will understand it ... then they don't need u .. :))

Anyways after resignation its a hectic job to transfer all the code to other people.... and yea booring too ... :(
