***Three explosions at Egyptian Red Sea resorts popular with Israelis have left at least 21 people dead. Officials had initially reported at least 30 dead, but by Friday morning they said rescuers had located 19 bodies in the rubble. An Israeli general says 122 people were wounded in the attack.
Israel’s deputy defence minister Zeev Boim, who is in Taba, said it was too early to say who carried out the attacks, but such an attack could not have been anticipated.
But he told reporters: “In my personal opinion it seems that it is more fitted to the international terror groups like al-Qaeda or some branches of al-Qaeda.” ***
No comment :halo: Or maybe what goes around surely comes around :halo: Palestinian were/are being killed in the past few days. A new turn now, outside Israel or maybe just isolated one. If really a work of Qaeda, tou phir a wake up call for the butcher. :halo:
Tourism is the driving force in Egypt's economy, this should be seen as attack on the people of Egypt as well as Israel. The terrorists philosophy remains the same, if it hurts the U.S. or if it hurts Israel, those be damned who get in the way, purposely or not.
The driving force in the Egyptian economy is the massive support Egypt gets from the US taxpayer every year.
Take away the US economic aid that is propping up the Egyptian economy (and thus Hosni Mubarak) and Egypt collapses like the house of cards that it is.
Sometimes, lumbering dinosaurs should be allowed to die so that a more efficient species can take their place.

No doubt about that!
Watch for target practice on the Hum-p-ass goons in Gaza. Then don't come running back to this forum carrying pictures.
Killing few Israeli tourists is simply a wanton act. How would that help build Gaza and West Bank?
The game of attrition will always help Israel. They are better equipped and more "media-savvy". Palestinians cannot win in this style of war. Haven't they learned anything since 1948?
Kick the Yes-Sir-are-Fat out and replace him with new and moderate leadership. I wish Palestinians had a constitutionalist leader like Jinnah. Unfortunately what they really got were the fat-grass-eating-donkeys.
Poor Palestinians have lived from one crisis to the next, from one ill-planned Khilafat (oops intifada) movement to the next. Now Palestinians are killing other Palestinians for the crime of "collaboration".
Mullahs on this board are bunch of baloney. They shout about Palestinians while supporting the bombing of Pakistani-Shias, harassment of Pakistani-Ahmadis, and gunning down of Pakistani-Christians.

My prayers are with the victims of Islamic-hate in Sialkot, Taba, and Multan.

Their external debt is lower than Pakistans.

Yet the annual amount of foreign aid (aid, not loans) that they are dependent on is greater.
I mean, even Pakistan, a country that has lost half its territory in war, in engaged in a perpetual military conflict and arms race with India, which endured many years under sanctions, which had a war running on its western border for 20 years, which is plagued with terrorist attacks and sectarian tensions .... manages to have a more robust economy than egypt, which at independence was an economically sound nation and has sunk over 50 years.
The ancien regime must be allowed to collapse. End the life support, end US economic aid to Egypt and let a New Order try its hand at creating a vibrant economy.

Why spoil a semi-sound economy? What you have in mind? A New Order closer at home? Whats your idea?
