First one is Sold, the Sequel to that is A Promise to Nadia. Both by the same author. Zana Muhsen and Andrew Crofts

There is a third book relating to the same story is by their British Mother, i found it boring.

The second one she is referring to is Not Without my Daughter and its sequel is For the Love of a Child.

I’ll list books from my personal library that I found moving and worth reading.
