I remember reading this trilogy of books, it was a fantasy set in middle age England (up to Victorian times I think) about an Alchemists Cats. These cats are what the whole story was around, it was about evil and darkness and rivalry and murder.
The books were so scary too. They were twisted, has anyone read them?
