Title: A Heartbraking Work of Staggering Genius

The book was reccommended to me by a co-worker. Grabbed it a few months back but hadnt finished it until now. Quick synopsis: About a family which looses both thier parents to Cancer within a short period of time, leaving the older siblings to fend for the younger ones. Eventually sister moves out and that leaves tow boys, one adult and the other about 9.
The author also the narrator, is a very good write indeed… has a way with words.
Unfortunately, the story line never really picks up. You keep waiting for something significant to happen and dont realize that it did happen until afterwards. 
If that even makes sense. But for some reason you dont want to give up on the book and you finish it.
All in all, no classic but it has its moments, a rather charming book.
