is there anything tht a person can intake for making bones stronger…besides taking milk…

'Pai' or 'paya'...i wonder if you've heard of them,..but my nanny says that they make your bones strong proper.

Load up on calcium rich foods and spread them over the whole day, not have them all at once. Stop any and all caffeine intake. More here: Osteoporosis - Wikipedia

I don't think so that they make the bones stronger, coz they have gelatin in them. And gelatin is not considered a good protein coz it lacks some essential amino acids. Thats why solely the 'pai' you are saying wont make them stronger. :)

No its the sheep feet stuff, my mummy had bone issues, everyone in Pakistan told her to eat Pai.
