for all: we marinated in shaan tikka masala.. nice boneless chunks. left in the friidge for abt 4 hrs and then pan grilled em on high.. almost crispy brown outside but soft inside.

so did you guys use chicken breast?? which often turns out dry..when i make it..achaa jaldi sai post the recipe..
it was actually breast but still wasnt dry.. we had shaan tikka masala.. i was cooking the other stuff so she basically marinated them.. i dunno kia kia chupkay say daalti rahi.. :)
we left em in the fridge .. went shopping came back in 4 hrs and kinda quickly sizzled them on high heat in a pan.. since the botis were big.. i gave it a quick 10 min dum also..
lol thanks gurl… kya secret.. just apply ginger-garlic paste, neembu ka rass, shan masala and let it sit for a coupla hrs. oh u can also add 1 tbsp dahi, that makes it creamy… but of course, i forgot to do that..
forget the chkn tikka… hinn’s biryani rocked
i am so sick n tired of eating my own khana… hinn ke haath ka khaana khaake i was in heaven.. not to mention she served n pampered me totally! can’t wait to visit again
