Boneless chicken v/s chicken pieces with bones

What is your preference from amongst the two for food like:

Karahi, Biryani, with some vegetable etc …

Boneless ya bones wala chicken ?

bones vala chicken :) but cut into small pieces

I think I recently got really tired of eating boneless chicken .. and have a strong feeling chicken with bones leads to a tastier dish rather then having boneless :hinna:

always with bone. much more flavorful.

Chicken with bones for biryani.

I'm not a huge fan of chicken on the bone, I prefer boneless chicken..........mainly because its easier to eat
However that being said.....its is always bone-in-chicken for most salans and especially biryani.....the taste it soo much better

Boneless chicken I usually use for chicken jalfrezi, butter chicken or manchurian type dishes or in chinese rice/noodles

:hinna: its usually bone-in chicken for salan or biryani and boneless for chinese or butter chicken dishes. BUT these days my husband isn’t satisfied wiht the way chicken is cut, so we opt for boneless for salan…I honestly don’t taste the difference!
