I am visiting inlaws for a couple of weeks and want to cook a few things while I am here. The problem is they only like and eat boneless chicken and I am getting sick of eating the same kind of salan everyday. I thought of baking tandoori chicken or something like that. Can anyone post easy recipes I can use to make boneless chicken?

Okay here is one I call it my special Ami recipe:cb:
You take sliced 1/2 onion
Boil it in water for abt 1/2 hour or till it gets realy soft(this is the longest part in the recipe:)
Now let the water evaporate
Add oil enough to brown it
After its golden brown
Remove it in a plate
Now add 1/2-3/4 tsp of fresly ground lasan paste in hot oil.
Fry it for a minute till golden brown(happens really quickly)
Add the chicken cubes
Add 1/2 tsp Black Pepper and fry till they r kind of white(non pink)
Add the onion (fried one) and 2 tomatoes and
1 tsp red chillies powder,
sookha dhania 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp zeera
pinch of turmeic
and 1-1 1/2 tsp of tomato paste(hunts brand one)
Keep frying and cover and simmer at end and add green chillies if you want at the end along with corriander leavs and some ginger sticks

Re: Boneless Chicken recipes
They roll on!
Tandoori spiced fried chicken.
1 pound boneless chicken cut into cubes
1 cup yogurt
Juice of half a lemon
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon chilli paste
1 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon ground fenugreek (methi powder)
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon haldi
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup oil for frying
Mix everything together and marinate for at least 1 hour. Then fry in hot oil until marinate evaporates and chicken cooked.
If u want to make curry out of it, add some sliced onions after the liquid evaporates, when it turned brown, add some tomato wedges and green chillies. After about 2 minutes it will b ready to eat.
Re: Boneless Chicken recipes
boneless chicken recipes are only good for baking or tandoori or stir fry .. those kinda things.... making salan of boneless chicken is SO UNTASTEFUL.. i think you should try to make a few salans with the bones.. who knows, they may find it nice taht you tried something different and they may actually like it?
Re: Boneless Chicken recipes
my mom taught me a simple recipe that looks really fancy.
take chicken breast and marinate it in, olive oil, salt and pepper, lemon, pinch of cumin, and Cayenne pepper. let it marinate for three hours.
now get some fresh summer vegetables my favorites are cherry tomatoes, bell pepper assorted colors, onions, and either a summer squash or zucchini
put the chicken on the skewers along with the vegetables. now instead of grilling ( what girl has time to fire up the girl on a weekday) take a wide pan spray with wither PAM oil or lightly greesee it with olive oil and '"grill". By the way you can marinate the chicken in so many different ways, another marinate I like is with mint or basil.
for side dishes make some couscous, or a simple rice and a chopped salad.
You can make a cucumber/ yogurt sauce.
Once plated with the skewers this meal looks very fancy.

We have a variety of chicken called "roadrunners". Not as fleshy as the normal chicken, although it is tastier but takes longer to cook.

Re: Boneless Chicken recipes
make fajitas, shay! they’re simple and delicious
slice up your boneless chicken into slivers (or get the butcher to do it for you)
throw them in a deep-ish bowl with the following to taste:
–soya sauce
–chili sauce (like the kind you put in chicken corn soup)
–lemon juice
–finely chopped onions
–finely chopped jalapeno peppers
mix it up with your hands and make sure the liquids just about cover the chicken
cover the bowl and let it marinate for about 1-2 hours (depending on how much time you have) in the fridge, then empty the entire thing into a wok with heated-up olive oil (watch the temperature so you don’t burn yourself), and stir fry
once its done, serve it with the following in individual bowls- warm tortilla’s, salsa, sour cream, shredded cheese, and chopped jalapeno’s for an extra kick. let people assemble their own fajita wraps, and trust me, its a guaranteed hit! ![]()
if you like, you can make a simple corn salad to go with it too-
and, on theme and if you need to keep the hubby busy, let him prepare a huge pitcher of fresh, virgin mojitos!
yum!

You guys are awesomeeeeeeeeee, thank you sooo much!!! ![]()
My parents in law eat everything but hubby and his brothers are major abcds and ONLY like chicken (boneless) with rice every single day- it’s SO annoying. Their dadi makes the same kind of salan every afternoon and night, maybe a daal once in a blue moon and fish nowadays because I love it. So now I am planning to take over the kitchen for the next one week and am going to start off with something different for boneless chicken. They don’t even buy chicken with bones so I have no options. Time to go to the indian store and pick out a few masalas. Thanks again, everyone!
Loooove it :hugz: In the past 2 months, I have taught hubby to wash his plates and glass, hopefully I can get him to make drinks in the next 2.
