Ok so i have some boneless beef. What should I do with it? I have tons of kabab in the freezer.. I am sick of eating biryani, palaou, korma, karhai. I don’t have grill. anddddd please no chinese. What do you guys do with boneless beef?

Chop into smaller pieces, and make Singaporean style noodles. Its pasta and beef cooked in curry sauce.

No Chinese:( I suggest throw it in the freezer as well. when your stock has finished and its been sometime since u have eaten pulao biryani etc, you can get back to it. Or try haleeem.

haha yeah. Thing is, living in NY we get all kind of halal chinese so i never make it at home. I just stick to Pakistani food at home for the most part.

Make Haleem. Boneless beef is excellent for Nihari too. Only if you like it.
