Help!!!
I have some boneless beef that I want to cok today. Usually I make tikka botis for the grill, or a stirfry with vegetables with it. Anyone have some other ideas/recipes? Thanks.

All Chinese dishes require boneless beef.
You can make Mangolian Beef, Hungarian Beef , etc etc.

Niksik, if you make daal ghost...do u make it with chanae ki daal, or masoor daal? and u will have it with white rice, right?

Since it is boneless, I'll go with masoor daal as the channa daal one tastes better with haddi wala mutton.

karachi kai mostly ppl make masoor daal ghost liquid wali, with white rice..aur punjab mein chanae ki daal ghost with roti khatae hain...

Well my hubby is from Khi and I was raised in Punjab so we do both rice and roti to please the shohar and his voti :D

1/2 kg beef- small pieces
1 tbsp ginger/garlic paste
cumin seeds 1 tsp roasted and powdered
red chillies 1/2 tbsp powdered form
crushed black pepper- 1/2 tsp
half bunch of dhania chopped finely
3 green chillies, chopped finely
salt to taste
half cup of oil
oh and 2 lemons
Prep:
Heat the oil tehn add the meat, ginger/garlic paste, salt, and cover and cook on low heat until all liquid evaporates from the meat. Then add 1-2 cups of hot water and cook till the meat becomes tender. After that, add red chillies, black pepper, and cumin seeds and cook the meat while constantly stirring until the water dries. Garnish with green chillies, dhania, and squeeze lemon juice before serving.

oh just yesterday I saw some recipe on food network(not the complete recipe though) but she was making some gyros…
maybe u can cook the beef and add some fresh tomatoes,cucumbers and onions with tzatziki (sp?) sauce onto some pitas…hmmm,only if your family is into such meals..
