I'm looking for something which can be taken in small quantities for bone strength. Drinking 1l of milk or 2 glasses of bone broth on a daily basis is not feasible. I need something which can be incorporated in my diet easily.
Daily exercise !
I exercise 4-5 times a week but it’s putting a strain on my knees and ankles. I need something to strengthen the bones.
Calcium pills
I take calcium, vit D, vit C, multivitamins and sometimes B vitamins.
^ If you're taking vit d and calcium u need to take vit k2 supplement too
Eat broccoli & celery!
Your problems may or may not be bone weakness, it could be joints, ligaments, muscles surrounding joints, exercise is by far still the best solution, just reduce the intensity and slowly increase. best way to get strong is to go slow.
How do you know you have weak bones?
Also cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt, Greek yogurt offer protein and calcium.
Lose weight
reduce salt intake
These are the popular supplement here in the UK
This doctor like some people on this thread recommends you add Foods that have Boron to your diet to keep your bones healthy!
