There are many deshi shops(pure) in and around London,leeds and other place like Burmingham and york and some of these shops sell only deshi products.Its not difficult to get oneof these stuffs like containers and since the investigators have found the origin of the container,I believe it was a deliberate attempt to tarnish the Indian image.

There is a large Tamil Hindu community in England, and we know they know a lot about suicide bombings, plus there is a large Gujerati Hindu community who know all about bombs from their kinfolk in Gujrat.
