But the question is, who did the security lapse that resulted in this? Its the incompetency of Pakistani security agencies that let it happen so blaming India or anyone else wont help much.
With the amount of money spent on them, they should have eyes & ears to make sure it never happens. But time after time we stay in the same loop.

I agree, it is failure, security lapse…
There was threat alert on 7 Feb…
There was a protesrt rally by pharma-companies and lots of people were there…
It is no excuse, but if you see chain of events, blast in Peshawar, Blast in Wazirstan, attack on Pakistani posts from Afghan side…
The thing is, it was not 1st rally here, we have seen IK, Dr Qadri, and Doctors and LESCO and many more…but they terrorists managed to get in this time…
I am living here in Lahore and have witnessed the demise of terror reign…the thing, Pakistan need to hit the terrorist leaders in Afghan…a CTD operation and capturing foot soldiers is not going to help…
To put them out…neutralize the leadership in Afghanistan and ISI need to work even harder..
