Well, planting a bomb in a law school certainly qualifies as a terrorist act. The only question becomes is it domestic or foreign. As far as a choice of target, it is not a big stretch to think that Yale was chosen because Bush graduated from there or because Bush's daughter goes to school there. Of course, it might have nothing to do with Bush. Maybe it's just some guy or gal who failed to graduate because of a bad final exam grade.
Dunno how much of this is accurate - i suppose more time is needed for a definitive conclusion from the results of the investigation.

Nah, Not at all. Could just as easily be a consipracy from the far right if it is a conspiracy at all. My point is that the planting of a bomb in a common area of a law school strikes me as a terrorist act regardless of whether foreign or domestic and regardless of whether done solo or in combination with others. It just feels to me as if the whacko perpetrator was trying to send some kind of message.
