** Nepalese actress beats popular Bollywood star! **
Karisma Kapoor* {pictured below} has apparently missed out on a forthcoming movie because she charged too much money.

The Bollywood actress, who has dramatically cut down her workload since marrying last year, was supposed to lead the cast of English movie ‘Remember Me’.
However director Antony Joy finally opted for a Nepalese actress called Bipana Thapa for the supernatural thriller, which will be shot in Britain, Australia, Singapore and Malaysia. *

Please don't be. The pretty lass is on the goodwill trip to the neighbouring country for improving Indo-Pak cultural ties.
"Please come and visit India", she urged everyone at the Royal Palm Golf and Country Club in Lahore and said, "There is no reason why Pakistan and India could not be friends, because their cultures were very similar."
Amidst her appeals for peace and better relations between the two governments Neha seemed very impressed with Pakistani women.
"I believe, there are a lot of beautiful women in the Pakistani fashion scene who are not only thorough professionals, but also setting contemporary fashion trends," she said.
She, however, said that Pakistan's film industry needs to be more professional and have more variety if it has to stand up and be counted with its peers.
When asked about her career and her stint in the movies Neha said, "I'm enjoying both modeling and acting. Right now, I'm working with director David Dhawan on another film."
Asked if she would ever act in a Pakistani movie, Dhupia said she could not say. *

Bollywood comedy Munnabhai MBBS won plenty of applause following its big screen release. The film, which stars Sunil and Sanjay Dutt* {pictured below}, became a moneymaker for producer Vidhu Vinod Chopra.

To capitalise on its success, the filmmaker has sold the rights to the film for a record amount of money. It will now be remade in South India. To take matters even further, Vidhu Vinod Chopra is also planning a sequel to the movie. This time around, instead of becoming an aspiring doctor, the main character will move onto the law profession with more hilarious results. The sequel should release by Diwali 2004. *
** The Hungama actress is hoping for good year! **
Bollywood newcomer Rimi Sen* {pictured below} is following the success of Hungama and Baghban with a couple of new releases this year.

The actress has apparently been signed opposite Abhishek Bachchan in the Yash Raj film Dhoom. She plays an upbeat and optimistic character in the action packed comedy, which also stars the likes of John Abraham and Uday Chopra.
Shortly after Dhoom, Rimi Sen will also appear in award winning Bengali director Buddhadeb Dasgupta's next film. The prestigious project will have Rimi opposite Prasanjit, who recently appeared in the acclaimed film Chokher Bali. It certainly looks like the future is bright for this aspiring Bollywood star! *

i have also said this b/f but i'll re-iterate wat i have said in the past re this issue. given the fact that my threads r off different topics, for example like karisma and neha and raveena r 3 entirely different topics although belonging to bollywood but that's a different matter, how can u discuss three different topics in a merged thread?????
