Bollywood love is favorite dish in Indo-Pak sub continent. Here is the recipe

For Gravy/Base

  • 1 Lerkee (get any brand but Katrina® or Karina™ are most common brand)
  • 1 Positive larka (best cooked with any Khan® or Kapoor™ line of products )
  • 1 Negative larka (AmjadKhan brand or ShaktiKapoor brand)
  • 4-10 badmashs (noName brand)
  • 10-20 Lerkee ki friends (best cooked with insane girls who laugh for no reason)

For tarka

  • Lerkee ka abba - eik
  • Lerkee k bhai - hasb-e-zaiqa

Tarkeeeb

  1. Lerkee ko college bhaijeeen
  2. Lerkee ke friends ko chichora pun kertey howey dekhaeen
  3. Negative Lerkeey ko lerkee per marta howa dekhaeen
  4. positive lerkeey ko Negative lerkey ke petiee kertey howey dekhaeen. Ager Positive larka ghareeb bhi hai tu zaiqa umda ho ga
  5. Lerkee ko +ive lerkey per mur mita howa dekhaeeen
  6. aab jub lerkee aur larka shadi k leyee razi hain, tu tarka prepare kareen

Tarka

  • Lerkee k aaba ko 'main na manoon' ki mujassam tasweer ban howa dekhaeen
  • Lerkee k bhaioon sai lerkey ke peitee lagaween

Do whatever but in the end
Lerkee ko Positive lerkey k kandhey per sar rakh howa dekheen

Serving suggesion

  • 3-5 behoda qism k songs k saath paish kareen
  • 1-2 Chichorey mamoo sai dish main nikhaar aa jata hai

Bollywood love (IMO) is more emotional than practical. The situation in the movie makes certian issues such as running away from home...marrying someone from a different socioeconomic class....appear easy. They don't take into account consequences and how they will affect the hero/heroine and their families....at least it's not an in-depth consideration. The situations and their interpretations/reactions are more simplified.

Also, it's a 2-3 hour movie where in most cases there's a happy ending. You don't get to see the "obstacles" that take place after the wedding....that would make for a more realistic depiction.
