It’s all about being high and mighty if you’re a Bachchan. Well, Shanouk, as Big B’s Piranha Dane is fondly called is as tall as him when he stands on his hind legs. Big B has often tweeted about Shanouk who is an integral part of the Bachchan household. Shanouk, in return, expresses his love for his master by desiring a close cheek to cheek waltz.

Four out of the seven wonders of dogs seem to be residing in Mannat itself. Dash, a lapdog of Japanese breed, Hulk a Labrador and Juicy and Kai belonging to the Maltese breed all fall into Srk’s kitty. Shahrukh has often tweeted about how these adorable things light up his house like nobody else can.

Lot has been said about the pampered Chihuahua, Poshto. Bipasha loves Poshto so much that she buys clothes and accessories whenever she goes on a shopping spree. Since Bipasha is busy shooting at most times, she is forced to leave him at her mother’s home. There Poshto has his own caretaker who takes him for walks and also trains him. Pampered, much?

Sonam Kapoor has always expressed her love for dogs by promoting dog adoption for special agencies. We hear she has three dogs namely Coke, Bacardi and Feathers. She thinks that having pets is not only a positive challenge but also a good learning experience.

Kalki has gone a step ahead and adopted a cat from an organisation which shelters stray animals. Fun and adorable, Kalki’s fully affectionate towards this tiny tot and Dosa is the only one she loves cuddling after a hectic day.

The charming Pekingese owned by Shilpa is called ‘Champagne’. And, her love for animals is not restricted to dogs alone. She has two Persian cats as well to give Champagne company. All we can say is, “Maybe some kind of friendship (between cats and dogs) is possible after all.
