Re: Bokeh Photography ONLY : )

on a scale of 1 to 10 for bokeh, those are 0. :\

did you read those links stoppit posted?

Re: Bokeh Photography ONLY : )

Aish, I'll make some more in the coming days and will upload them insha'Allah :)

Re: Bokeh Photography ONLY : )

LOL.. these photos are bokehs.. people on other forums already said it ;).. but thank you for the appreciation queer:chai:

cool imly looking forward to it!

Re: Bokeh Photography ONLY : )

^really? which forums? a link would be great aisha; we can always learn more.

i don't know why the wikipedia page has the picture with an out of focus background similar to the ones in your photos, labelled as no bokeh... you'd think it would be pretty accurate.

Re: Bokeh Photography ONLY : )

pakstop and other one’s..

ok look man I am not a pro and I am getting very frustrated:smack: i just took a pic of coins that i have and i think that is bokeh :hmmm: will post it so u guys can see it as well.. am STILL LEARNING! :smack:

Re: Bokeh Photography ONLY : )

aaj ka bokeh!

Re: Bokeh Photography ONLY : )

we know you are still learning :)
that's why queer pointed out the earlier 3 photos were not bokeh.

perhaps go to some proper photography forums instead of somewhere like pakstop. or even flickr probably has a group for bokeh photos that HAVE to be true bokeh otherwise they are not allowed.

Re: Bokeh Photography ONLY : )

Ok can you tell me if this coins one is bokeh? .. stoppit I am already on one photography forum! :)

so have you learnt enough stoppit? you seem to be hiding..

flickr is banned in UAE

Re: Bokeh Photography ONLY : )

THE COINS ONE IS A BOKEH SHOT!!! WOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOO LOL… :coolios:

Re: Bokeh Photography ONLY : )

forget bokeh, it is a stop and a half underexposed.

Re: Bokeh Photography ONLY : )

I have a D60 which is the best lense to get with this cam for bokeh photography

I know stoppit u told me but I forgot :bummer:

Re: Bokeh Photography ONLY : )

50mm with a wide aperture. they are kind of pricey though and have limited usage, so i'd be confident using your camera in manual first before spending the £££.

Why don't you make your own bokeh? Get some paper, scissors, and shoot in evening in any major city.

I like Nikon's 50mm f/1.4 and f/1.8, the latter is much less expensive. These would be fine for the D60.
Although I am not certain if the D60 has an AF motor, if not you will have to manually focus.

I am a fan of the cream machine, 85mm f/1.4, grab a sharp copy and you cannot go wrong.

If you have a few extra $ and are very comfortable with your camera, get some Zeiss glass. It is a hefty investment but if you can afford it, do it.

Re: Bokeh Photography ONLY : )

^I'm lucky, I inherited a bunch of lenses from my dad including a Nikkor 50mm f1.2.

noct-nikkor? If so I am jealous!

^oof, no :(
that would be awesome indeed!
