Deviled Eggs
Place eggs in a pot, cover with cold water. Bring rapidly to a boil. Cover, remove from heat and let sit for 20 minutes. Run eggs under cold water and then peel shells. Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Place whites on a dish, place yolks in a bowl. Mash yolks, add mayonaise until the mixture is creamy. Add 1/2 tsp powdered mustard and salt and pepper to taste. Spoon yolk mixture into egg white halves. Sprinkle the top with paprika and pepper.

Well you better fry an egg in water! If u are obesity cuatious! Boil some two glass of water in a fry pan and then crack egg and cook it!

Oh yeah my mum made me have it this way when i went to my parents - it was bit hard to eat as the white was bit goeey - but its much healthier.
Isnt it classed as poached eggs?

Well it may be healthy but it tasted yukky. Why not just throw the egg onto non-stick grill and make it with like a drop of oil, at least it tastes better and not greasy

We do not get these things in Pakistan or simply can not afford them. So we better fry it in boiling water in a fry pan. I like it very much.

:)** OK can any one tell the difference between a boiled egg and raw egg, both placed side by side after the boiled egg has cooled down to room temperature or may be even placed in frig next to raw egg and both are cold?
So how do you make sure which egg is boiled and which egg is raw........without breaking them?

Raw egg has got more cholesterol (or fatty matters) and a boiled one got less of them, I guess?
I know a bodybuilder who used to eat loads of raw eggs and he had to go to under bypass surgery.

Maybe cook it few more minutes. I never find them goeey, whenever I make them, I make sure to cook them few extra minutes.

The egg with brown shell are not from hen that are given extra hormones so they are called desi or farm. I guess the farm eggs in urdu are called desi eggs. They are also called vegetarian eggs here in US.

Desi eggs are the free range hen eggs in Pakistan and their shell is brown in colour. The farm ones here are in white colour shell.
But this is not the difference I am asking about.

There is another of using less oil - i sometimes use the oil spray which is less in cholestral - you just spray 2/3 squirts and fry your egg and flip to cook the other side.
Lusi, i dont want to overcook the york as thats the best part of an egg that i like - runny!
