is there such thing as having a body type where no matter what you do you ll never really be lean ? i have honestly cut down so much on what i eat etc but i dont think i have lost a kilo…
what am i suppose to do start starving myself, i feel even then i would not looking slim.
iam inclined to gain weight in certain areas more than others, would specific exercises for those areas help?
i find dieting is easier than exercising

There are people who are wide boned but there is no type of body that has excess fat. That only comes with habits we pick up from those who raise us. Also which of those habits we choose to retain and which ones we get rid of.
Well it could be that you have very slow metabolism, in that case diet alone is not going to do much. If you want to see results, you would have to combine it with exercise. Also, sprinkle stuff in your diet that increases metabolism like drinking water with lemon in the morning or green tea etc.
