I’ve never really used any body scrubs and exfoliators and would like to try em since my skin gets really dry during the winter time, but dont know which brands are good for sensitive skin. Any suggestions?

All the body shop ones :) They're mostly "vegan," products and never tested on animals.

you can make your own scrub
half cup of sea salt(baleine) or any other from whole foods
half cup of sugar
half cup of almond,melted shea butter,or grapeseed oil
a few drops of essential oil...(lavender,vanilla,jasmine)
Make sure you havent waxed or shaved....your skin should be free of cuts..otherwise it ll hurt!!!

if your skin is dry and sensitive then dont use a scrub on it. it can make it worse by irritating it. use loads of moisturizer instead.

If you can get a Moroccan bath at a parlor or spa near you, that is really really good and worth the money. However, I am not so sure if it is good for sensitive skin.
