I have a bhabhi just like that as well. It used to drive me crazy - if I lost 5 pounds she would comment on it, if gained 5 pounds she would comment on it. I finally realized that she has nothing more substantive to talk about - this was the sum total of her conversation skills. Now I ignore her.
