true, don’t over do it right away. I started with 5 mins of cycling, moving to 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 (mixing jogging + cycling over machine to avoid constant stress over specific muscles) minutes with a gap of 2-3 days. Now that I’ve reached ideal weight, I would minimize it around 15-20 mins for long-term.
