Apparently he’s been reported to the match referee for damaging the pitch. What are they going to do to him now? Stop him from sitting in the dressing room and looking at his laptop? Or maybe not be allowed to coach the team for 3 games?

Seems like we have two different versions of the same story.
If Bob is indeed reported to the ICC, most likely a fine would be the first thing that would come to mind.
