^ sorry for digressing from the topic but it reminds me of an interesting incident.

I went there to have my certificates 'attested'. A long bearded employee of the board with a tasbeeh in his hand was talking to his colleague about how our new generation does not care to offer their prayers anymore. When I requested him for the attestation, he said that it would take 2 weeks. I told him that I do not have that much time and he replied that if I gave him 1,000 rupees, I can have the attested documents in 10 minutes.
