A Fatwa is a religious opinion of a single scholar..considering I doubt the scholars in question have lawyers and PR people like Newsweek..(or even Internet access for that matter) I think comparing the two is a bit silly..but I expect nothing else from a discussion which compares whats happening with NBA games...
