I recently put on a few pounds mainly because I haven’t been getting much excercise (plus I have been eating a lot). I was worried that I may be overweight, so I decided to check my BMI score.
I know many here are weight conscious and would like to know what their BMI score is. I thought I’d share the following two websites for checking one’s BMI score:
if u want to get into shape, start by taking daily walks.. they really help :k: last year i used to walk about 5 times a week for 40 minutes.. it honestly does wonders to ur health and the fresh air is yummy
Im not a big eater, I just tend to eat a lot of junk food.Well and I find working out to be such a boring task.However, I have taken up running and started playing tennis (starting today).
i aint a big eater either, i think its just the body type... ive decided i should stop eating, its the only way... j/k
oooh good on u girl! tennis is good! u know the personal trainer at the gym says its better to run and walk outside than on a treadmill.. cus u lose a lot more calories that way... (hes bad for the gym... hehe)
lol yeah and its so much nicer to walk/run outdoors.Oyee sadzz dont you dare starve yourself.Its very bad for your health.Take up tennis like me or work out.Do not stop eating!
No junk food, but I think one should eat well.But do some sort of exercise.:D
