I use L’Oreal moisteriser according to my age as suggested on the packaging and this time I bought the ne Blur cream. It absorbs in almost atraight away.
what is this new blur thing going on in creams? I noticed face creams are doing it too. Is it less effective than a regular under eye cream? Please explain!
