thank u evrybody for ur useful suggestions,ive talked to other ppl too n everybody is of the opinion that a little blood from legs n thighs is normal but i think its my pregnancy that is making me feel iccky towards chicken ,seriously i cant even eat it at restuarants so ill try to make more veggies,daals n mutton n will cook chicken after delivery,inshallah.
