Can I do it if I just want a toned body preferably along with weight gain ?

I know someone who did this and she toned up like crazy. It is a lot of discipline and this workout HURTS but is worth it. Give it a go ladies

LP, yes you can because these workouts aren't longer than 20 minutes (at least the ones I've done for day 1, 2 and 3). To lose weight, you'd have to combine this with cardio plus weight training which is what I'm doing. Pilates is not supposed to make you gain weight though. Just eat well and do pilates everyday for toning up.
