Is there any way to hide/block some blogs just like we can show/hide user customizations?

You can soft delete your blog. That is like hiding it. When you undelete it, it will come back as it was with original blog and all the comments.

GTG, you can put that person on your “ignore list”…you shouldn’t be able to see their blogs after that.
