Is it possible to make an entry public even though your blog is private. I don’t mean display all the enteries to public, just 1 specific one?

I am really looking forward for the control to make Blog categories be implemented as Private of Public independently... That will give so much control on Blogging experience... Not sure if it is possible but if it is, I hope it is implemented.
