Blog issue

I hope someone can help me with this. For the past 3 or so days, my blog control panel box has moved to the bottom of the page…How can I move it back up? It’s so annoying to scroll to the bottom of my list of entries to click on “post to your blog”.

you can give a higher or lower number to the certain boxes in order to slide them to a higher or a lower position in your blog.
