I don’t know if this in the list of ‘things to improve’ but can we please get rid of the x number of comments per page thing

I gotta go ALL the way at bottom to click on 2nd page, or 3rd page and so on to get to desired comment and it gets annoying after awhile, when you have to go back to the same entry again & again.
It would be helpful if we can have an option where all the comments are displayed on single page. If others do not want this option (i.e. all comments displayed on single page), then can we atleast include it in Blog Control Panel so that those wishing to display all comments on single page can enable it and those who do not wish to can leave it disabled?
Second concern is about quoting comments. Can we please have a quote option under each comment next to the other icons (such as report comment, edit comment etc)?
