if you use firefox, then you can use adblock filter to block the image.

wow they have image recognition built in browsers now. Amazing.

not really image recognition bud - just a simple filter for the image URL… in your case, it’ll simply block

I usually don't care about avtar, title, smile etc, thats the reason I never got anything in last 12 years nor anyone at GS ever cared to give me one,
